Macy's Day Parade Important Dates/Timeline

June 4, 2022 - Mini band camp, incoming 9th and returning MIHS students
June 15, 2022 - First payment due, $250 to ASB
July 15, 2022 - Second payment due, $250 to ASB
August 15, 2022 - Sign ups are due for Macy's Trip and third payment due to Students on Broadway Travel Company, "We Travel". For more info on signing up click HERE.
August 15-19, 2022 - Band Camp, full band
Monthly payments after August 15, 2022. Amount is TBA but roughly $300/month
Required trip meeting Thursday, Feb. 2, 2022, 7:00 pm via Zoom.
June 3, 2023 - Mini band camp, IMS 8th grade and MIHS 9-11th grade students
August 14-18, 2023 Band Camp, full band 
November 10, 2023  Mandatory Rehearsal, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm in the MIHS stadium
November 15, 2023 Mandatory Parent Meeting, 7:00-9:00 pm in the MIHS PAC
November 17, 2023  Macy's Packing
November 19, 2023 - Depart for New York City!
 

The Mercer Island Schools Band Boosters was formed to actively support, promote, and encourage the Mercer Island Band Program.  The Mercer Island Band Program is a proudly no-cut, non-competitive, all inclusive band program with over 700 students in grades 5-12 participating. MISBB provides support to the program and ensures each and every student may participate in band and its activities. Through fundraising events, donors, and sponsors, we enable scholarships, clinics, one-on-one musical support, leadership opportunities, training, and unique musical opportunities for our band program and so much more.  Questions?
