All-Island Band BBQ
Each year, we kick off our band season with a band community barbeque on the Thursday evening of band camp!
Calling all 5th through 12th grade band families. Join us for an evening of festivities and fun at our annual All Island Band BBQ. As we get ready for the upcoming year, come meet fellow musicians and their families, reconnect with old friends, and enjoy a fun night out. While there you will be able to:

Devour a burger or two with salad, fruit, and chips.

Buy tickets to dunk your favorite director, drum major, section leader, or sibling!

Select a variety of homemade desserts from our middle school bake sale.

Pick out your favorite band swag for the new year.

And most importantly, spend time with other amazing band families.

Who: 5th grade, IMS, and MIHS band students, families, and alumni
When: Thursday, August 18th at 5:30 pm
Where: Mercer Island High School Amphitheater
Dinner Tickets: $25 per person
Dunk Tank/Bake Sale Tickets: $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 (5+ tickets recommended for dunk tank)
8th grade students: Help plate and distribute baked goods at the BBQ!
Middle School Student/Parent bakers: Sign-up here to bake some treats for the middle school bake sale
